Outbound Customer Support (Bilingual Spanish/English)

i-Call is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Lost Lead Generation and Customer Support Specialists. This role is vital in identifying potential lost leads and providing exceptional customer support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Pay Rate:
$ 4.00/Hour + Bonus

Contact lost leads through various channels (phone, email, chat) to understand the reasons behind their disengagement and offer appropriate solutions.
Utilize effective sales techniques to re-engage lost leads and convert them into potential customers.
Provide exceptional customer support by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints through multiple communication channels.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead recovery and retention.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and lost lead analysis.
Identify patterns and trends from lost lead data to improve sales and customer support processes.

Previous experience in lead generation, customer support, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues.
Proficiency in using CRM software and customer support tools.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Knowledge of [industry-specific] products/services is a plus.
